Fugitive Emission Leak Detection, Monitoring and Inventory

Target Emission Services Division (TES) provides a full range of fugitive emission management and leak detection services to the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries. Our experience and innovative technology provides accurate, safe, and cost-effective detection & measurement of fugitive hydrocarbon emissions. The primary compliance drivers for compliance reporting include the CAPP Best Management Practice for Fugitive Emission Management (as referenced by Alberta EUB Directive 60) and the USA EPA Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule Sub-Part W.

Target provides the following services to its clients:

  • Fugitive Emission Management Program (FEMP) Development;
